Terms and conditions
Effective date: 13 October 2026
These terms govern use of this public website. A customer quotation, order form or signed service agreement governs paid software and services and takes priority if it conflicts with these website terms.
Independent service provider
FBR Invoice Software is an independent commercial software and technical-services provider. It is not FBR, a government website or a tax adviser. References to FBR identify an external government system.
Pricing, allowances and taxes
Package cards show the currently configured price, validity, invoice allowance, extra-invoice rate, setup charge and support information. Your written quotation confirms the final scope, currency, applicable taxes and charges. When an allowance is exhausted, invoicing can continue only after an applicable top-up, extra-invoice charge or package renewal has been arranged. Unused allowances expire or carry forward only when the accepted quotation expressly says so.
Renewal, cancellation and refunds
A subscription renews only according to the cycle and renewal terms stated in the accepted quotation or agreement. To cancel a future renewal, contact us before the next renewal date. Access continues for any paid term unless the agreement states otherwise. Refund eligibility is determined by the accepted quotation, work already performed and applicable law; no refund is promised merely because an external submission is rejected.
Customer responsibilities and FBR decisions
You are responsible for accurate business, tax, buyer, product and invoice information, lawful authority to submit it, account security and timely review of responses. FBR and other external systems control their own availability and validation decisions. We do not guarantee that every invoice or registration will be accepted.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation or submit unlawful content. Website text, design and software remain the property of their respective owners and may not be copied or resold except as permitted by law or written agreement.
Availability and liability
Public information and free calculators are provided for general guidance and may not cover every legal, tax or accounting circumstance. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on website content or an external platform. Any service-specific warranty, service level or liability cap is the one stated in the accepted written agreement.
Disputes and governing law
Raise a concern through the contact page so the parties can first try to resolve it in good faith. Unless an accepted agreement provides otherwise, these website terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Pakistan. Statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the website, services or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Use the contact page for questions about these terms.
